How to use
Frequency: 1 to 2 times a day. Put some balm in the palm of your hand and then spread it all over your body. For gentle application, first spread the balm in your hands and then spread it over the entire body using the whole surface of your hands in wide strokes. Avoid rubbing the skin so as not to irritate it.
