Products purchased online will be delivered on the whole territory of Georgia, including villages. Delivery service is executed by the company TNT. The orders are served at the address indicated by the customer.
At the present moment, due to a special promotion, delivering any product to any place in Georgia is free!
Please take into consideration that due to the current situation, shipments might be delayed by 1-2 days as compared to the standard shipment times given below.
Delivery times are approximate and depend on the address of the customer and the time of making the order (orders on the web page are accepted: 24 hours/7days).
Orders made till 13:00 will be delivered in Tbilisi on the following working day. Orders are delivered on the working days (from Monday to Friday) from 10:00 to 19:00. On Saturdays, products are not served in Tbilisi.
• Product purchased on Tuesday till 13:00 will be received on Wednesday.
• Product purchased on Friday till 13:00 will be received on Monday, because parcels are not served in Tbilisi during the weekend.
In the regions, based on the address and the time of order, serving the product may take 2-3 days. Orders will be delivered on the working days (from Monday to Friday) from 10:00 to 19:00 and on Saturdays till 15:00.
In the settlements of the ll zone products will be delivered in 2 days.
In the settlements of the III and IV zone products will be delivered in 3 days.
• II zone – product purchased on Tuesday till 13:00 will be delivered maximum on Thursday.
• III and IV zone - product purchased on Tuesday till 13:00 will be delivered maximum on Friday.
Villages are implied to be in the same zone in which the relevant municipality/region center is situated.
After making an order on Dressup.ge and transferring your purchase to the transportation company by us, you will receive a mail with the number of the parcel on the e-mail address indicated in your profile. With this number you will be able to check the status of your parcel on the web page of TNT (TNT.ge). With the same number you can check the status of your parcel by calling the TNT hotline.
