Courier Service

Please note that, during promotional periods, not all delivery methods may be temporarily available. When placing an order, the system will show only the courier services that are active at that specific moment.

During promotional periods, delivery times may be extended. Relevant information will be displayed under the delivery method you select when purchasing the products.

Currently, 5 delivery methods are available:

Standard Delivery Service

With standard delivery, orders are delivered within 1-3 calendar days in Tbilisi, while delivery to regions takes 2-5 business days. The service is free of charge.

Standard Delivery Service, with Time Selection:

Delivery on the next day, within the selected time interval, 5.95₾

Delivery on the third day, within the selected time interval, 3.95₾

Delivery on the fourth day, within the selected time interval, 1.95₾

Express Delivery

Express delivery is available only within Tbilisi, in case of purchasing one product. You will receive the selected item within a maximum of 3 hours after purchase. The service fee is 19.95₾.

Express Delivery, Online Exclusive

Express delivery is available only within Tbilisi, only for products from the Online Exclusive category, with no limit on the number of items purchased. You will receive the selected items within a maximum of 3 hours after purchase. The service fee is 19.95₾.

“Try On”

With the “Try On” service, you can select up to 10 items on the website, place an order, and pay only the transportation fee in advance. The courier will deliver the selected products and wait for 20 minutes, so that you can try on the models you like and pay on the spot only for the items you choose to keep, using a payment terminal.

The service is available only within Tbilisi.

“Try On” Standard, within 1-3 calendar days, 6.95₾

“Try On” with selected time and interval, 9.95₾

G-Star RAW Standard Delivery Service

In case of purchasing G-Star RAW products, the order will be delivered within 4-8 business days.

Store Pickup

If you choose store pickup, you will receive an SMS notification within 2-4 calendar days. After receiving the notification, you will be able to pick up your order from the selected location.
