Please read the terms of this agreement carefully. By using any service on the website www.dressup.ge, you agree to be bound by these terms.

This Consumer Agreement is subject to change due to amendments in legislation and/or the company’s internal policy. LTD "Tradeline" reserves the right to unilaterally amend this agreement without prior consent from the user. Any such changes shall be effective immediately upon publication on www.dressup.ge.

All of the following terms govern your access to and use of the website and the services provided therein.

Our Services

Dressup.ge is an online store that enables customers to purchase goods featured on the website and receive associated services.

Please note that the products listed on Dressup.ge are also available in LTD "Tradeline"'s physical retail stores. Therefore, items placed in your online shopping cart are not guaranteed to be reserved until the purchase transaction is completed. If another customer—either online or in-store—purchases the product before you complete the transaction, Dressup.ge will refund the amount charged to the same account used for the payment.

If any information about a listed product is incorrect due to a technical or system error (e.g., incorrect price), the company reserves the right to cancel the order, even if payment has already been made. In such cases, Dressup.ge will issue a refund to the original payment account.

Registration on Dressup.ge requires the completion of mandatory fields. The personal data collected is used for order processing, delivery via courier, order returns, processing of payments and refunds (including partial refunds), and delivery of necessary materials and equipment to fulfill the service.

Your Account and Profile

All actions performed on Dressup.ge using your account are deemed to have been performed by you. If a third party uses your account, Dressup.ge will assume it is you who carried out all activities on the website. You are responsible for preventing unauthorized use of your account.

For security purposes, please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your Dressup.ge account.

How to Make a Purchase on Dressup.ge

To place an order, you must provide the required personal information and address. All mandatory fields must be completed.

If paying by card, you will be redirected to the payment gateway of the relevant bank.

Shipping Coverage

Products purchased on Dressup.ge can be delivered to any address within Georgia.

Available Delivery Services:

➤ Standard Delivery – 1–3 calendar days within Tbilisi; 2–5 business days in other regions. Cost: Free.

➤ G-Star Raw Standard Delivery – For G-Star Raw products: 4–8 business days. Cost: Free.

➤ Express Delivery – Within Tbilisi only, for one product. Delivery within 3 hours of purchase. Cost: 14.95 GEL.

➤ Express Delivery – Online Exclusive – For unlimited items from the Online Exclusive category, within Tbilisi only. Delivery within 3 hours. Cost: 14.95 GEL.

➤ “Try Before You Buy” Service – Select up to 10 items, pay only 5.95 GEL for delivery, try them on within 20 minutes upon courier arrival, and pay only for the selected items via terminal. Available only in Tbilisi.

➤ In-store Pickup – SMS notification within 2–4 calendar days to collect the order from a selected store. Cost: Free.

Payment Methods

Payments can be made using any Visa, Mastercard, or Amex card, TBC Bank’s loyalty points, Bank of Georgia PLUS points, American Express MR points, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Installment plans are available via Bank of Georgia and TBC Bank, as well as using loyalty and PLUS points.

Risk of Loss or Damage

When purchasing products via Dressup.ge, the chosen courier company is responsible for delivery. Once the sealed package is handed over to the courier, Dressup.ge is no longer liable.

If delivery is fulfilled directly by Dressup.ge, the company assumes responsibility for any loss or damage.

Exchange Policy

Log into your profile, go to “Order History and Details,” and click “Details” next to the relevant order.

Products can be exchanged within 14 days after delivery (the first day being the day after delivery).

Products must be in resalable condition, with original tags and undamaged packaging.

For hygiene reasons, socks, tights, underwear, swimwear, bodysuits, accessories, hair clips, and earrings cannot be exchanged unless defective.

Footwear care products are non-exchangeable.

Items in the “Personal Care” and “Home” categories are not eligible for exchange.

Items with original manufacturing defects may be exchanged.

A manufacturing defect refers to a defect that existed prior to sale and was not caused by use.

Exchanged items cannot be exchanged again.

Online purchases can be exchanged only through www.dressup.ge, for items of equal or higher value.

Return Policy – Apparel, Footwear, Accessories

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be in resalable condition, with original tags and packaging intact.

The following cannot be returned (except in case of a defect): socks, tights, underwear, swimwear, bodysuits, accessories, hair clips, earrings.

Footwear care products are non-returnable.

Items with manufacturing defects may be returned.

Refunds will be processed within 2 to 10 business days to the original payment method, after return validation at the service center.

Return Policy – “Personal Care” Category

Items in this category cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect. Defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Products lose their resale status once opened due to hygiene regulations.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 2 to 10 business days after validation.

Return Policy – “Home” Category

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Bedding, pool accessories, and products priced under 30 GEL are non-returnable.

Items must be in ideal condition with all original packaging and labels intact.

Please use bubble wrap and safe packaging when returning items.

Returns are not accepted if:

 a. Product has been used or opened.

 b. Product is not in original condition.

 c. Not all accompanying parts or documents are returned.

Refunds processed within 2 to 10 business days after return validation.

Consumer Rights

• In case of a defect, the consumer may request: repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination.

• A defect is considered any issue present at the time of purchase and not caused by subsequent use.

• Repair or replacement must be done within a reasonable timeframe:

 – Replacement: within 30 calendar days of defect detection.

 – Repair: within 10 calendar days; 3 weeks for regional deliveries.

• The seller bears all related costs for repair or replacement.

• The consumer may demand a price reduction or contract termination if:

 1. Repair or replacement is impossible.

 2. Seller fails to perform within a reasonable timeframe.

 3. The delay causes substantial inconvenience.

• The consumer may not terminate the contract for minor defects.

• Rights are valid for 2 years from product delivery.

• If the defect is discovered within 6 months, it is presumed to have existed at delivery unless proven otherwise by the seller.
