Welcome to the website of "Dressup Group". Please read the terms of this Agreement carefully. While using any of the services of the website www.dressup.ge, you agree to our Terms of Service.

Our business and legislation in Georgia are constantly changing, so we can make changes to this user agreement, about which we will try to provide information to our customers, but this is not our obligation, so please check terms of use of our Internet Store periodically. It is your responsibility to get acquainted with the latest version when making an online purchase. The agreement will include the date of the last update.

All the underlying terms regulate your use of our website and services.

 

Our service

Dressup.ge is an online shop that allows customers to purchase products and receive services through www.dressup.ge.

In addition e-commerce shop of Dressup.ge, there are physical shops where customers can buy the products listed in the electronic warehouse of dressup.ge

Therefore, trade takes place in a competitive environment. The product that you choose to be in your consumer basket, will not be insured from the risk that other client from the shop or/and registered at webpage buys the product, so it is recommended to buy in time from dressup.ge.

Dressup.ge does not take responsibility if you as a web site customer fail to buy the desired product, even if you have seen the product on dressup.ge or reserved in your electronic basked before your purchase.

If the system denies performing the transaction, it will provide you with information about the unavailability of the product you have chosen; you agree to receive this information in accordance with the existing agreement.

If there is a mistake in the price/information of the given product due to a mistake in the system, the company has the right to cancel/reject the order confirmation. The company can withdraw the order, even if the payment has been already made.

Your account and profile

Authorization and use of the services on the website of Dressup.ge are not authorized by any other physical or legal parties through your account.

You are responsible for preventing such unauthorized use. If an unauthorized person visits our website and uses the service from your account at dressup.ge we will rely on the following account and assume that you have visited the website.

Only you are responsible for any and all of the entries or use of services on our website, which will be performed by other people using your dressup.ge account.

For security reasons, please inform us immediately if you know that your dressup.ge account is used without your permission.

When can you buy products at the online store?

The product can be purchased from the site on any day of the week, including holidays *, within 24 hours.

How to buy products at our online store

To buy a product from the site you need to specify your personal data and address on our site. In case of payment via card, you must fill the gaps on the bank's page accessed via online basked. See the instructions for filling the card data: link

Transportation of a product purchased online

Area of transportation

Products purchased online will be delivered on the whole territory of Georgia, including villages. Delivery service is executed by the company LLC "Information communication systems" (FedEx Georgia**). The orders are served at the address indicated by the customer.

               

Price of transportation

At the present moment, due to a special promotion, delivering any product to any place in Georgia is free!

 

Speed of transportation1

Delivery times are approximate and depend on the address of the customer and the time of making the order (orders on the web page are accepted: 24 hours/7days).

 

Tbilisi

Orders made till 13:00 will be delivered in Tbilisi on the following working day. Orders are delivered on the working days (from Monday to Friday) from 10:00 to 19:00. On Saturdays, products are not served in Tbilisi.

For example:

• Product purchased on Tuesday till 13:00 will be received on Wednesday.

• Product purchased on Friday till 13:00 will be received on Monday, because parcels are not served in Tbilisi during the weekend.

 

Regions

In the regions, based on the address and the time of order, serving the product may take 2-3 days. Orders will be delivered on the working days (from Monday to Friday) from 10:00 to 19:00 and on Saturdays till 15:00.

In the settlements of the ll zone products will be delivered in 2 days.

In the settlements of the III and IV zone products will be delivered in 3 days.

For example:

• II zone – product purchased on Tuesday till 13:00 will be delivered maximum on Thursday.

• III and IV zone - product purchased on Tuesday till 13:00 will be delivered maximum on Friday.

Villages are implied to be in the same zone in which the relevant municipality/region center is situated.

 

Tracking the parcel

After making an order on Dressup.ge and transferring your purchase to the transportation company by us, you will receive a mail with the number of the parcel on the e-mail address indicated in your profile. With this number, you will be able to check the status of your parcel on the transportation company web page (link). With the same number, you can check the status of your parcel by calling the transportation company's hotline.

Additional notes:
1 On the days of state holidays, products will not be served. Respectively, if you purchased a product during this period, serving it will be delayed for the period of holiday.
2 Maximum 5 days in case of extreme events (for example, bad weather).

*Please take into consideration that shipments for orders during the promotion might be delayed by 1-2 working days!
** LLC "Information communication systems" is an official partner of FedEx in Georgia for international packages.

Risk of losing or damaging the product

When you purchase a product from the internet shop dressup.ge, you choose a carrier company which delivers the order to your address. As the product is given to the courier company, dressup.ge does not have any obligation anymore, the obligation is transferred to the carrier company.

 

Return /Exchange of the product purchased online 

 

*Starting from 2020, 14 Dec till 2021, 30 April - product(s) bought can be exchanged only for size. If the size is not available you can return the order and money will be returned to your account. For returns, rules return rules given below must be followed. 

Online-purchased Product Exchange

  1. The product can be sent back by sending it using any courier company to the following address:
    1. Tbilisi, Lvovi St. #14, 0160
  2. To request product exchange please follow this link, fill the given form and wait for our operator to contact you: Form 
  3. You can exchange the product into any other model available on the website.
  4. The product can be exchanged within 7 days after the delivery day(the first day being the one after the delivery day).
  5. Exchange is possible if the product has maintained the seller appearance, is in perfect condition and the fact that the label on it is not damaged or missing/lost
  6. Exchanges of tights, socks, hair accessories, earrings, swimsuits, underwear, underwear accessories, undergarments, and shoe care products are not possible due to hygiene reasons!
  7. Purchased products can be exchanged only once.
  8. Discounted products can be exchanged within 3 days of purchase.
  9. In case of finding fault on purchased products, the exchange period is 14 days after the delivery day(the first day being the one after the delivery day).

 

Online-purchased Product Return

  1. The product can be sent back by sending it using any courier company to the following address:

  2. To request a product return please follow this link, fill the given form and wait for our operator to contact you: Form
  3. The product can be exchanged within 3 days after the delivery day(the first day being the one after the delivery day).
  4. Return is possible if the product has maintained the seller appearance, is in perfect condition and the fact that the label on it is not damaged or missing/lost
  5. Return of tights, socks, hair accessories, earrings, swimsuits, underwear, underwear accessories, undergarments, and shoe care products are not possible due to hygiene reasons!
  6. Discounted products can’t be returned!
  7. In case of finding fault on purchased products, its return period is 14 days after the delivery day(the first day being the one after the delivery day).
  8. The money will be deposited back to the account charged during the purchase from 2 to 5 working days. A refund will be initiated after the product will be received by us and confirmed that it conforms to the above-mentioned requirements.
