Please read the terms of this agreement carefully. By using any service on the website www.dressup.ge, you agree to be bound by these terms.

This Consumer Agreement is subject to change due to amendments in legislation and/or the company’s internal policy. LTD "Tradeline" reserves the right to unilaterally amend this agreement without prior consent from the user. Any such changes shall be effective immediately upon publication on www.dressup.ge.

All of the following terms govern your access to and use of the website and the services provided therein.

Our Services

Dressup.ge is an online store that enables customers to purchase goods featured on the website and receive associated services.

Please note that the products listed on Dressup.ge are also available in LTD "Tradeline"'s physical retail stores. Therefore, items placed in your online shopping cart are not guaranteed to be reserved until the purchase transaction is completed. If another customer—either online or in-store—purchases the product before you complete the transaction, Dressup.ge will refund the amount charged to the same account used for the payment.

If any information about a listed product is incorrect due to a technical or system error (e.g., incorrect price), the company reserves the right to cancel the order, even if payment has already been made. In such cases, Dressup.ge will issue a refund to the original payment account.

Registration on Dressup.ge requires the completion of mandatory fields. The personal data collected is used for order processing, delivery via courier, order returns, processing of payments and refunds (including partial refunds), and delivery of necessary materials and equipment to fulfill the service.

Your Account and Profile

All actions performed on Dressup.ge using your account are deemed to have been performed by you. If a third party uses your account, Dressup.ge will assume it is you who carried out all activities on the website. You are responsible for preventing unauthorized use of your account.

For security purposes, please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your Dressup.ge account.

When Can You Make Purchases on Our Website?

You may purchase products from the website any day of the week, 24/7, including holidays.

How to Make a Purchase on Dressup.ge

To place an order, you must provide the required personal information and address. All mandatory fields must be completed.

If paying by card, you will be redirected to the payment gateway of the relevant bank.

How many types of delivery services can I use?

You can choose from several types of delivery services:

  1. Standard Delivery Service
    Delivery within Tbilisi takes 1–3 calendar days, while regional delivery times range from 2–5 business days. This service is free.

  2. Standard Delivery with Time Selection

  • Delivery on the second day (within selected time slot) – 5.95₾

  • Delivery on the third day (within selected time slot) – 3.95₾

  • Delivery on the fourth day (within selected time slot) – 1.95₾

  1. G-Star Raw Standard Delivery
    For G-Star Raw products, delivery will take 4–8 business days.

  2. Express Delivery
    Available only within Tbilisi and for a single product purchase. You’ll receive your item within a maximum of 3 hours after purchase. Price: 14.95₾.

  3. Express Delivery – Online Exclusive
    Available only within Tbilisi, for any quantity of items from the Online Exclusive category. Delivery is completed within a maximum of 3 hours after purchase. Price: 14.95₾.

  4. Try-On Service ("Moirge")
    You can choose up to 10 items, place the order, and pay only the delivery fee upfront. The courier will bring your selected items, wait 20 minutes while you try them on, and you pay only for the ones you keep (by card/terminal). Service available only in Tbilisi.

  • "Moirge" Standard (1–3 calendar days) – 6.95₾

  • "Moirge" with selected time and interval – 9.95₾

  1. Store Pickup
    You will receive an SMS notification within 2–4 calendar days, after which you can collect your order from the selected store location.

Payment Methods

Payments can be made using any Visa, Mastercard, or Amex card, TBC Bank’s loyalty points, Bank of Georgia PLUS points, American Express MR points, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Installment plans are available via Bank of Georgia and TBC Bank, as well as using loyalty and PLUS points.

Risk of Loss or Damage

When purchasing products via Dressup.ge, the chosen courier company is responsible for delivery. Once the sealed package is handed over to the courier, Dressup.ge is no longer liable.

If delivery is fulfilled directly by Dressup.ge, the company assumes responsibility for any loss or damage.

Exchange Policy

1. To request a product exchange, go to "Orders, Return, Exchange" from your profile, then click on "Details" next to the order;

2. Product exchange is only possible in size, within 14 days from the date of receipt (the first day is considered the day after delivery);

3. A product can be exchanged only if it retains its original saleable appearance, is in perfect condition, includes an undamaged sale box, and the factory label is not damaged/removed/lost;

4. Exchange of products purchased online (size exchange only) is possible either through the company’s courier service or at specific branches of the Dressup store network.

From the regions, it is possible to send the product using any courier service to the following address: Tbilisi, Didi Digomi, Mirian Mepe #68a.

5. Due to hygiene standards, socks, tights, underwear, swimwear, bodysuits, and accessories cannot be exchanged, except in cases where the sold item is found to be defective;

6. The company does not exchange/return shoe care products;

7. The company does not exchange products that fall under the personal care category listed on www.dressup.ge;

8. The company does not exchange products that fall under the home category listed on www.dressup.ge;
The company will exchange a sold item if it is found to have an original defect;

9. An original defect is considered a defect that existed in the item before purchase and was not caused by use of the product.

Return Policy – Apparel, Footwear, Accessories

1. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

2. Returned items must be in resalable condition, with original tags and packaging intact.

3. The following cannot be returned (except in case of a defect): socks, tights, underwear, swimwear, bodysuits, accessories.

4. Footwear care products are non-returnable.

5. Items with manufacturing defects may be returned.

6. Return of Products Purchased Online

The return of products purchased online (clothing, footwear, accessories) is possible in the following ways:

6.1. Via courier:

 In Tbilisi: The service fee for the company’s courier is 5 GEL.

 From regions: Return is possible via any courier service.

6.2. In-store:

6.3. By post:

Return is possible via any postal service to: Tbilisi, Didi Dighomi, Mirian Mepe St. #68a.

7. Refunds will be processed within 2 to 10 business days to the original payment method, after return validation at the service center.

Return Policy – “Personal Care” Category

Items in this category cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect. Defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Products lose their resale status once opened due to hygiene regulations.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 2 to 10 business days after validation.

Return Policy – “Home” Category

1. Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

2. Bedding, pool accessories, and products priced under 30 GEL are non-returnable.

3. Items must be in ideal condition with all original packaging and labels intact.

4. Please use bubble wrap and safe packaging when returning items.

5. Return of online purchased items (from the Home category on www.dressup.ge) is possible via the company’s courier.

6. Returns are not accepted if:

 a. Product has been used or opened.

 b. Product is not in original condition.

 c. Not all accompanying parts or documents are returned.

Refunds processed within 2 to 10 business days after return validation.

Consumer Rights

• In case of a defect, the consumer may request: repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination.

• A defect is considered any issue present at the time of purchase and not caused by subsequent use.

• Repair or replacement must be done within a reasonable timeframe:

 – Replacement: within 30 calendar days of defect detection.

 – Repair: within 10 calendar days; 3 weeks for regional deliveries.

• The seller bears all related costs for repair or replacement.

• The consumer may demand a price reduction or contract termination if:

 1. Repair or replacement is impossible.

 2. Seller fails to perform within a reasonable timeframe.

 3. The delay causes substantial inconvenience.

• The consumer may not terminate the contract for minor defects.

• Rights are valid for 2 years from product delivery.

• If the defect is discovered within 6 months, it is presumed to have existed at delivery unless proven otherwise by the seller.
