Our business and legislation in Georgia are constantly changing, so we can make changes to this user agreement, about which we will try to provide information to our customers, but this is not our obligation, so please check terms of use of our Internet Store periodically.
It is your responsibility to get acquainted with the latest version when making an online purchase. The agreement will include the date of the last update. All the underlying terms regulate your use of our website and services.

Dressup.ge is an online shop that allows customers to purchase products and receive services through www.dressup.ge.

The product can be purchased from the site on any day of the week, including holidays *, within 24 hours.
How to buy products at our online store?
To buy a product from the site you need to specify your personal data and address on our site. During the buying process, it is required to fill in the personal ID number(or passport number for foreign citizens), in order for us to be able to issue a transportation waybill during the shipment of your order. Area of transportation
Products purchased online will be delivered on the whole territory of Georgia, including villages. Delivery service is executed by the company LLC "Information communication systems" (FedEx Georgia**). The orders are served at the address indicated by the customer.
How many types of transportation services are available for use?
You can make use of three types of transportation services:
1. Standard Free Delivery: This service provides delivery throughout Georgia at no additional cost.
2. Express Delivery: With express delivery, you can receive your order within 3 hours after placing it, limited to Tbilisi.
3. TryOn: TryOn service offers additional features such as delivery (maximum waiting time - 20 minutes), waiting, measuring, and the option to leave or return items as needed.
What is the pricing for the transportation service?
The pricing for the transportation services is as follows:
• Standard delivery service: Free of charge.
• Fast delivery within Tbilisi, with a maximum delivery time of 3 hours: 9.95 ₾.
• TryOn: 5.95 ₾.
How long does it take to deliver the product?
• With the standard delivery service, you can expect to receive the purchased item within 1-3 days throughout Tbilisi and within 2-5 days throughout the regions.
Risk of losing or damaging the product
When you purchase a product from the internet shop dressup.ge, you choose a carrier company which delivers the order to your address.
As the product is given to the courier company, dressup.ge does not have any obligation anymore, the obligation is transferred to the carrier company.
Online-purchased Product Exchange
1. To request a product exchange, please go to "Order History and Details" from your profile, then click "Details" next to the order.
2. You can exchange the product for any other model available on the website.
3. The product can be exchanged within 14 days after the delivery day(the first day being the one after the delivery day).
4. Exchange is possible if the product has maintained the selling appearance, is in perfect condition and the fact that the label on it is not damaged or missing/lost
5. Exchanges of tights, socks, hair accessories, earrings, swimsuits, underwear, underwear accessories, undergarments, and shoe care products are not possible due to hygiene reasons!
6. Purchased products can be exchanged only once.
Online-purchased Product Return
1. To request a product return, please go to "Order History and Details" from your profile, then click "Details" next to the order.
2. The product can be returned within 14 days after the delivery day(the first day being the one after the delivery day).
3. Return is possible if the product has maintained the selling appearance, is in perfect condition and the fact that the label on it is not damaged or missing/lost
4. Return of tights, socks, hair accessories, earrings, swimsuits, underwear, underwear accessories, undergarments, and shoe care products is not possible due to hygiene reasons!
5. The money will be deposited back to the account charged during the purchase from 2 to 5 working days. A refund will be initiated after the product will be received by us and confirmed that it conforms to the above-mentioned requirements.
