Personal Data Protection Policy - Dressup Ambassador
"Tradeline" LLC (C/C: 203827449, address: D. Gamrekeli N19, office N29. Contact information: (+995) 032 2 38 48 68; e-mail: [email protected], personal data protection officer: Tamuna Kemertelidze, tel: +995 32 38 48 98 (0203), e-mail: [email protected]) (hereinafter referred to as the company) member of the "Dressup.ge Ambassador" campaign (hereinafter referred to as the candidate), by giving their consent to read this document, confirms that they have fully familiarized themselves with the information presented in the document, gives their consent to the company, and grants the company the right to:
The company will process the following personal data of the candidate: name, surname, gender, age, and phone number.
The processing of personal data listed in this document is carried out with the consent of the candidate, in case of their desire to cooperate with the company and upon filling out a special form developed by the company. The cooperation with the company implies the systematic placement of content related to the company on the candidate's social channels. The selection of candidates for cooperation by the company will be carried out based on the activity of the candidate's social networks, which includes the observation of the following processes by the company:
1. Number of followers/subscribers of the candidate;
2. The content of the candidate's social channels;
3. Engagement on the candidate's social channels.
Accordingly, the company additionally processes the candidate's personal Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook page links to review the candidate's social channels. Depending on the goals of the cooperation, the candidate's social network profiles must be public.
Data processing includes any data processing actions provided for by the legislation of Georgia, such as collecting, obtaining, accessing, organizing, grouping, linking, storing, changing, restoring, etc., of personal data. By signing this document, the company is authorized to process data using the software by its directly authorized employees.
However, the processing must be carried out to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose. The transfer of the candidate's personal information to third parties, particularly to state, regulatory, and law enforcement bodies, will be implemented in accordance with the law. This information may also be transferred in cases not directly foreseen by the legislation, in order to protect legal interests.
Filling out the form developed by the company within the framework of the "Dressup.ge Ambassador" campaign, after which the candidate's personal data is collected and stored by the company, does not automatically imply cooperation with the company! By filling out the appropriate form and submitting their personal data to the company, the candidate gives their consent for the company to consider their candidacy for collaboration and, in case of a positive answer, to contact the candidate to negotiate the essential terms of the collaboration agreement.
"Tradeline" LLC processes the candidate's personal data for a period of 1 (one) year. The mentioned period is based on the annual marketing plans developed in advance by the company, which include cooperation with influencers throughout the year. After 1 (one) year, the data processing of the candidates will be terminated and deleted, except for those candidates who have been selected by the company for cooperation and have signed the relevant service contract/agreement/act of acceptance. Additionally, in the case of any disputed issue that may be related to the candidate's personal data processing, processing will continue until the end of the relevant dispute. Appropriate organizational and technical measures (including penetration testing) are taken to ensure data security.
The candidate is entitled, upon request, to receive information from "Tradeline" LLC regarding the processed data, in particular, what data is being processed, what is the purpose and legal basis of their processing, information about the source of data collection and data transfer, about the appropriate guarantees of data protection, about the period of data storage, about the decision made as a result of automated processing, including profiling, the logic used to make such decisions, and the expected/probable result of data processing. The candidate is entitled to get acquainted with them, to receive copies of this data free of charge (except for the cases stipulated by Article 14, Paragraph 1 of the Personal Data Protection Law of Georgia), and to request data correction/updating, withdrawal of consent to data processing without any justification or explanation, termination of data processing and/or profiling, deletion and/or destruction of data, blocking of data, and transfer of data and/or to not be subject to a decision made solely on the basis of automated processing, including profiling, which gives rise to a legal or other significant result for them.
The candidate has the right to apply to the personal data protection service, court, and/or a higher administrative body in case of violation of the mentioned rights. It should be noted that "Tradeline" LLC operates in accordance with the legislation of Georgia, on the basis of which the candidate may be limited in their right to immediately request information on personal data processing, review and obtain a copy, correct, update and/or complete, transfer, terminate, destroy, block and/or delete, or withdraw consent to personal data processing (including profiling and automated individual decision-making). The above-mentioned obligations may arise from the fight against money laundering, the statute of limitations for contractual relations/claims according to Article 129, Paragraph 1 of the Civil Code of Georgia, tax, and other legal acts.
The candidate has the right to request the termination of the processing of their personal data by the company at any time without any justification or explanation. To do so, they need to contact the company's hotline, or reach out via the official Dressup chat at the following link:

"Tradeline" LLC is obliged to satisfy the candidate's request to stop personal data processing, except in cases when:
1. There is any basis for data processing provided for in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law on Personal Data Processing of Georgia;
2. The data is processed for the purpose of justifying a legal request or objection;
3. Data processing is necessary for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression or information.
This personal data protection document may be amended in accordance with legislation and/or changes in the company's personal data protection policy. "Tradeline" LLC is authorized to make such changes unilaterally, without the candidate's consent. Any changes made to this document will be immediately reflected and made available on the www.dressup.ge website, under the "Dressup.ge Ambassador" section at the bottom of the page. Additionally, candidates will be notified of the changes via SMS.
Consent to this personal data processing policy is necessary to participate in the "Dressup.ge Ambassador" campaign. Otherwise, the candidate will not be able to register, and therefore, the company will not be able to consider their candidacy.
