Value of points: 1 Dressup point = 1 GEL.

Usage: Points may be used at all Dressup branches for the purchase of any product, except gift cards.

Online restriction: Points cannot be used for online purchases.

Promotions and offers: When using points, the customer benefits from all ongoing promotions, and the amount payable is calculated from the final price.

Points validity: Points are valid for 2 years. If the card is not used, after 24 months the points and the tier are annulled. (The customer will receive information about points and benefits to be canceled 1 month in advance.)

Identity document: When using points, the cardholder must personally present an identity document in order to ensure accurate identification, for the purpose of protecting the customer’s rights and guarantees.

Full payment: The product price must be paid entirely with points.

Exchange/Return: Exchange/return of a product purchased with points is not possible.

Earning points: No new points are earned on products purchased with points.

Overspent points: If the customer spends more points than are available on the card, they are obligated to notify the company. Points overspent due to a technical malfunction will be covered by subsequently earned points. Other cases will be considered individually.

Points transfer: The use of these points by another person (friend, family member, etc.) or transfer to another card is not permitted.
