Rules on Card Use and Earning Points

To use the card benefits, the customer must complete QR registration and activate the card.

The purchase of 150 GEL must be recorded on a single cash-register receipt.

Earning Points

Points earning and discount usage apply to new collection products.

They do not apply to discounted products, the purchase of gift vouchers, or other Dressup services (e.g., T-shirt printing, garment alterations). Upon redemption of a gift voucher, points will be credited as standard.

Tier Progression

By moving to higher tiers, the discount and points percentages increase.

Tier I

0–500 ₾

Points: 4%

Tier III

2001–5000 ₾

Discount: 7%

Points: 5%

Tier IV

5001–10000 ₾

Discount: 10%

Rules of Use

For any purchase, before payment, present your card at the checkout, or simply tell the store associate your personal ID number or Dressup Card number. The amount spent will appear on the tier balance within 3 days (earning applies to online purchases as well).

Points Activation

Credited points appear immediately, but you will be able to use them in 3 business days.

For online purchases, to receive points and the card discount, the customer must link the card in their account via the “My Dressup Card” field.

Dressup Card Cancellation

Upon request, the points earned on the Dressup Card and the loyalty tier will be annulled. If the same customer reopens a Dressup Card, the previously earned points/loyalty tier on the canceled (old) card will not be reinstated.

Card Loss and Recovery

The company is not responsible, in case of loss of the Dressup Card by the customer, for any use of the card by a third party. In case of loss, the customer is entitled to apply to any physical store of LLC “Tradeline” to obtain a new card, for which the customer must present an identity document. On this basis, the lost card number will be replaced with the number of the new card to be issued. Points earned on the canceled card will be transferred to the new card.
