To process an exchange or return, customers must present the original fiscal receipt (cash register receipt or POS terminal receipt) and a valid identification document.

Purchased products may be exchanged for the same product or a product of a higher value only at the Outlet store where they were originally purchased.
Any product may be exchanged within 3 days of purchase. Returns are not permitted.

The Company will exchange or accept the return of any product, including products purchased during promotions or sales, if it is found to have a manufacturing defect.
Products with a known manufacturing defect, where the customer was informed of the defect at the time of purchase, are not eligible for exchange or return.
A manufacturing defect is a defect that existed before the purchase of the product and was not caused by the use of the product.
If a product purchased by credit or debit card is returned, the refund will be credited to the same card within 2 to 10 business days.
Consumer Rights
If a product is found to be defective, the consumer has the right to request that the trader remedy the defect.
A defect is considered to be any fault or damage that existed before the purchase of the product and was not caused by the consumer's use of the product.
If a product is found to be defective, the consumer has the right to request that the trader remedy the defect (by repairing or replacing the product free of charge or by reducing the purchase price) or to withdraw from the contract.
Repair and replacement are the consumer's primary remedies. The consumer has the right to request that the trader repair or replace the product free of charge, unless this is impossible due to the nature of the product or would require disproportionate or unreasonable costs.
The product must be repaired or replaced within a reasonable period without causing significant inconvenience to the consumer, taking into account the nature of the product and the purpose for which it was purchased. The maximum time limits are:
Replacement: no later than 30 calendar days from the date the defect is reported.
Repair: no later than 10 calendar days from the date the defect is reported.
For products purchased in the regions: repair must be completed within 3 weeks from the date the defect is reported.
Free repair or replacement includes all costs incurred by the trader, including shipping, labour, and material costs necessary to bring the product into conformity with the contract.
The consumer has the right to request a price reduction or withdraw from the contract if any of the following conditions apply:
Repair or replacement of the product is impossible.
The trader has failed to repair or replace the product within a reasonable period, and the consumer has lost interest in the performance of the contract.
Repair or replacement by the trader would cause significant inconvenience to the consumer.
The consumer is not entitled to withdraw from the contract if the defect is minor.
The consumer may exercise the rights described above if the defect is discovered within 2 years from the date the product was delivered.
If the consumer discovers a defect within 6 months of taking possession of the product, it is presumed, unless proven otherwise, that the defect existed at the time of delivery, provided that such presumption is compatible with the nature of the product or the nature of the defect. In such cases, the burden of proof rests with the trader. If the defect is discovered after 6 months from the date the consumer took possession of the product, the burden of proving that the defect existed at the time of delivery rests with the consumer.
The rights to repair, replacement, or other remedies for defects do not apply to products with a known manufacturing defect if the consumer was informed of the defect at the time of purchase.
