Although Lasha had an interest in cooking from a young age, he initially pursued a different path and chose to study journalism. Soon, he realized that cooking was what he truly wanted to do and changed his profession.

“I was interested in cooking from an early age. I always watched my mother and grandmother with great curiosity when they were preparing food for large feasts. Unfortunately, at first they didn’t let me cook because ‘it wasn’t considered a man’s job,’ but later I started cooking on my own.”

While the chef shares interesting recipes with his followers, when he is tired, he prefers to make a simple omelet and doesn’t often indulge himself with anything more elaborate.
