Product Description

The fat separator quickly and easily separates fat from liquid. Pour the liquid into the removable top section, which strains out larger particles. Once the fat has settled on the surface, squeeze the soft handle to release the liquid from the bottom while leaving the fat in the container. The silicone shut-off valve helps prevent leaks, while the external mechanism makes cleaning easier. The 4-cup-capacity separator features measurement markings in cups, ounces and milliliters.
