How many types of transportation services are available for use?
You can make use of three types of transportation services:
1. Standard Free Delivery: This service provides delivery throughout Georgia at no additional cost.
2. Express Delivery: With express delivery, you can receive your order within 3 hours after placing it, limited to Tbilisi.
3. TryOn: TryOn service offers additional features such as delivery, waiting (maximum waiting time - 20 minutes), measuring, and the option to leave or return items as needed.
What is the pricing for the transportation service?
The pricing for the transportation services is as follows:
• Standard delivery service: Free of charge.
• Fast delivery within Tbilisi, with a maximum delivery time of 3 hours: 9.95 ₾.
• TryOn: 5.95 ₾.
How long does it take to deliver the product?
• With the standard delivery service, you can expect to receive the purchased item within 1-3 days throughout Tbilisi and within 2-5 working days throughout the regions.

How can payment be made?
Payment on Dressup.ge can be conveniently made using Visa, Mastercard, and Amex cards from any bank. Moreover, you have the option to make purchases using online installment offered by the Bank of Georgia.Additionally, you can use ERTGULI points and PLUS points as a means of payment.
How do I purchase the product?
To complete a purchase on our site, you need to provide your personal data and address. During the checkout process, you will be prompted to enter your personal identification number (or passport number for non-citizens) to ensure that the shipping bill is accurately generated when your order is shipped.
Change and Return
How can I exchange the purchased item?
1. To request a product exchange, access your profile and go to "Order History and Details." Click on "Details" next to the specific order.
2. You have the option to exchange the product for any other available model on the website.
3. Please note that the product can be exchanged within 14 days from the delivery day, with the first day being the day after the delivery.
4. The exchange is possible if the product maintains its original selling appearance, is in perfect condition, and the label is undamaged and intact.
5. Kindly note that exchanges are not possible for tights, socks, hair accessories, earrings, swimsuits, underwear, underwear accessories, bodysuits, undergarments, and shoe care products due to hygiene reasons.
6. Each purchased product can only be exchanged once.
How can I return the purchased item?
1. To request a product return, please access your profile and navigate to "Order History and Details." Click on "Details" next to the specific order.
2. Please note that the product can be returned within 14 days from the delivery day, with the first day being the day after the delivery.
3. For a return to be possible, the product should maintain its original selling appearance, be in perfect condition, and have an undamaged and intact label.
4. Please be aware that returns are not accepted for tights, socks, hair accessories, swimsuits, earrings, underwear, underwear accessories, bodysuits, undergarments, and shoe care products due to hygiene reasons.
5. Once the product is received and confirmed to meet the above-mentioned requirements, a refund will be initiated. The refunded amount will be deposited back to the account charged during the purchase within 2 to 5 working days.
