Product Description

The Emile Henry ‘Papillote’ Oven Dish offers a simple and healthy way of cooking to perfection all types of vegetables, fish and white meat, without drying out their lean, delicate flesh.

Enjoy gourmet results with this very easy to use dish, thanks to the gentle moist-heat cooking method called ‘en papillote’.

Simply arrange the fillets or slices on a bed of vegetables, season, add fresh herbs, cover and place in the oven. The ingredients are cooked in their own steam – enclosed under the lid – keeping them tender and infused with flavours.

Whether you are preparing fish fillets, a whole fish, chicken breasts, lamb loin chops or eggplant and sweet potatoes, the ceramic allows you to steam and roast at the same time. While trapping the moisture, it also diffuses the heat gently, caramelising the juices for an even more delicious result.

The ‘Papillote’ Oven Dish is ideal for cooking a meal for two, and up to three portions of side dish. Practical, just bring the dish directly to the table once cooked; it helps keep food at the right temperature while serving. This oval shaped covered dish also allows you to store leftovers in the fridge and to reheat in the microwave.

Meant for everyday use, the ‘Papillote’ Oven Dish is durable with a resistant, non-porous glaze that is easy to clean and dishwasher safe!

Manufactured in France from natural clay – with care and to the highest level of quality &ndash.
