1. The Dressup card can be obtained at any Dressup store or during online shopping with a purchase of 150 GEL or more. In the case of an online purchase, if the order is 150 GEL or more, the Customer is entitled to request the opening of a Dressup card with the Company's support team. The Customer will receive the card along with the current or next order.
2. To take advantage of the card's benefits, it is necessary for the Customer to complete the QR registration and activate the card.
3. The accumulation scheme includes both discount and points tiers. The tiers are based on the total amount spent by the Customer, which means:
- When a Customer uses their loyalty card at the time of purchase, the amount paid is accumulated on their balance and determines their loyalty tier based on the total amount spent.
- It is important for the Customer to use the card for purchasing both new and/or discounted products, as any amount paid will determine their loyalty tier.
- Accordingly, if a Customer has spent less than 500 GEL in total, they will only be able to benefit from a 3% points accumulation system.
- If a customer has spent between 500 and 2000 GEL in total, they will be able to enjoy both a 5% discount and a 4% points accumulation.
4. Points can be accumulated at all of Dressup stores and during online purchases.
5. Points accumulation and enjoying discounts with the card can only be applied to non-discounted products (so the benefits do not apply to discounted products, purchases of gift vouchers, or other services provided by Dressup, such as t-shirt printing, clothing alterations, embroidery, warranty services, etc.).
6. The Dressup card cannot be used for the purchase of gift vouchers. However, upon redeeming a purchased gift voucher, the loyalty card can be used to accumulate points and receive discounts on the purchase.
8. Information about accumulated points and tiers can be obtained at all Dressup branches as well as online in the personal account at http://dressup.ge/dressupcard/.
9. If the Customer's card has not been used for 24 months, the accumulated points will be canceled, and the loyalty tier will revert to the first tier.
10. The validity period for using accumulated points is 2 years. If the Customer does not use their accumulated points within 2 years, the points will be canceled.
11. The Customer will receive information about expiring points and benefits 1 month in advance.
12. In order to receive points and discounts from the card in-store, the Customer must present their card at the checkout or simply inform the store employee of their personal or Dressup card number before making any payment.
13. For online purchases, to receive points and discounts from the card, the Customer must link their card to their account from the 'My Dressup Card' field.
14. In the event of a request from the Customer to cancel their Dressup card, the points accumulated on the Dressup card and the loyalty tier will be canceled. If the same Customer reopens a Dressup card, the points/loyalty tier from the canceled (old) card will not be renewed or transferred.
15. The Company is not responsible for the use of the Dressup card by a third party in the event of its loss by the Customer. If the Dressup card is lost, the Customer is entitled to visit any physical store of Tradeline LTD to obtain a new card, for which the Customer must present an identification document. Based on this document, the number of the lost card will be corrected to the number of the new card issued. The points accumulated on the canceled card will be transferred to the new card.
Information about spending the points:
1. 1 Dressup point = 1 GEL.
2. Points can be spent on any products at all Dressup branches, except for gift cards.
3. Points cannot be used for online purchases.
4. When spending points, the Customer benefits from all ongoing promotions, and the amount payable will be calculated based on the final price.
5. To spend points, the Customer must present an identification document and sign the receipt on the POS terminal. Please note that in order to prevent fraud, as well as to protect the Customer’s rights and guarantees, the store employee will make a copy of the identity document presented for point redemption, which will be stored by the Company for 6 (six) months. The confidentiality, integrity, and availability of this copy will be ensured with all necessary organizational and technical measures in accordance with the Dressup Card's Personal Data Protection Policy. For detailed information on how we process customer personal data, the guarantees for their protection, and the rights of customers, please refer to the Dressup Card's Personal Data Protection Policy, which fully applies to this case. The presentation of the identity document for point redemption implies consent to the data processing outlined in this clause. Please note that without presenting an identity document, you will not be able to redeem points.
6. When paying with points, the full value must be covered with points.
7. Products purchased with points cannot be returned.
8. Exchanges for products purchased with points are subject to standard conditions:
- Exchanges are possible for products of the same price or a higher price (if exchanging for a higher-priced product, the customer must cover the difference with points).
9. Points cannot be accumulated on products purchased with points.
10. If the Customer spends more points than they have on their card, they must inform the Company about this discrepancy. If it is determined that the Customer did not have sufficient points at the time of spending due to a technical error, the spent points will be covered by points accumulated from subsequent payments. In other cases, the incident will be reviewed individually.
