Exchange Policy
Log into your profile, go to “Order History and Details,” and click “Details” next to the relevant order.
Products can be exchanged within 14 days after delivery (the first day being the day after delivery).
Products must be in resalable condition, with original tags and undamaged packaging.
For hygiene reasons, socks, tights, underwear, swimwear, bodysuits, accessories, hair clips, and earrings cannot be exchanged unless defective.
Footwear care products are non-exchangeable.
Items in the “Personal Care” and “Home” categories are not eligible for exchange.
Items with original manufacturing defects may be exchanged.
A manufacturing defect refers to a defect that existed prior to sale and was not caused by use.
Exchanged items cannot be exchanged again.
Online purchases can be exchanged only through www.dressup.ge, for items of equal or higher value.
